Ping's Thai Teochew Seafood Restaurant

A very authentic Teochew cuisine restaurant. We had the large sharksfin claypot, braised goose web noddle claypot & deep fried crab meat roll. Fresh seafood well executed in Teochew style. Excellent service especially the manageress who speaks English. Comfortable air conditioned ambiance.

I ordered fish maw soup. This dish is outrageously delicious. The rich soup is multi- level and my mind was blown away. Garlic prawns were very fresh and the dessert is so old school. Reminds me of my childhood days and my mother’s cooking.

Enjoyed the lunch so much we came back for dinner too! Ordered crab vermicelli claypot, fish maw & prawn, sharks fin with chicken stock soup. All the dishes were authentic Teochew dishes & fresh. The crab was as a standout. Finished the meal with a refreshing coconut jelly desert.
